NAM – Grocery & Wholesale London – Hybrid £50-60k – 10% bonus + Car allowance

Ignite is proud to be partnering with a fast-growing, purpose-led beverage business that is on a mission to eliminate single-use plastic and redefine the bottled water category. Since launching in 2015, the brand has sold over 75 million units and built strong momentum across UK retail. With ambitious plans for continued expansion, they are now looking for a commercially driven NAM to help accelerate growth.

This is a high-impact role that combines strategic account management with new business development. You’ll take ownership of key grocery customers including Tesco, Ocado and Booker, while also identifying and securing opportunities across wholesale and other emerging channels. ️ Drive distribution, visibility and rate of sale across your accounts Identify and secure new business opportunities across grocery, wholesale and high street channels Negotiate commercial terms, trade spend and promotional plans Own account P&Ls, budgets and performance analysis Turn category and sales insights into clear commercial actions Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure excellent in-store and online execution Experience in a National Account Executive, National Account Manager or similar FMCG commercial role ✅ Proven track record of growing existing accounts and winning new business ✅ 50-60k – 10% bonus Car allowance 25 days holiday, increasing with service Hybrid working: 1 to 2 days per week in a central London co-working space, plus 1 day per month in Hertfordshire Teams call with the hiring manager Second Stage: Face to face interview in the office
