Acting as the day-to-day key contact for your clients, you will be building strong client relationships with stakeholders and delivering integrated B2B campaigns across channels such as digital, social, content, events, video, motion, 3D, AR and VR.
Your role will involve co-ordinating client services teams in the Brighton office and the HQ office Up North, so there will be the occasional monthly travel required to collaborate between both client services teams in both offices. All travel & accommodation expenses will be covered.
You will be monitoring the performance of live campaigns and work with data & analytics to generate insight & optimisation recommendations. A key part of your role will be to contribute towards account growth by identifying opportunities to deepen the agencies remit with pitches, proposals, cross-sell initiatives and RFP responses.
