Business Development Manager Events & Sponsorship Sales | High-Growth Marketing Festival Portfolio
We’re working with a fast-growing events business behind one of the UK’s most recognised marketing and advertising festival brands. With a strong reputation for delivering high-energy, commercially successful events, they’re now looking to bring in a Business Development Manager to drive revenue across their flagship portfolio.
This is a role for someone who knows how to sell into the events space and is comfortable owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing high-value partnerships.
What you’ll be doing Drive new business across sponsorship and exhibition revenue streams Sell integrated partnership packages to brands, agencies, and tech vendors Build and manage a strong pipeline of new prospects Own the full sales cycle from outreach through to negotiation and close Work closely with marketing and content teams to align commercial strategy Attend industry events and build strong relationships within the market
What they’re looking for Proven experience in event sales or sponsorship sales Strong track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets Confident selling to senior stakeholders across marketing, media, and tech Commercially sharp with a proactive, new business mindset Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
