A leading international law firm is seeking a proactive and collaborative Client Relationship & Business Development Executive to join its Client & Marketing team. It champions diversity, supports flexible working, and invests in the wellbeing and development of its people. Maintain and update key client information following partner and sector team meetings. Coordinate client listening activity, including outreach for interviews and tracking follow‑up actions. Build and manage client surveys, track responses, and report on themes and trends. Log activity in the firm’s CRM system and keep internal strategy pages up to date.

Business Development Develop understanding of the firm’s services to support lead qualification and pipeline management. Assist BDMs with strategy execution, planning, budgeting, and ROI analysis. Support training and guidance for colleagues on BD tools and best practice. Help develop compelling BD materials, pitches, and capability statements. Collaborate with marketing specialists to raise the firm’s profile through content, social media, and campaigns. Support events, sponsorships, and webinars alongside the Events team. Encourage lawyers to maintain accurate and engaging website content.

Stakeholder Management Mentor BD and Marketing Assistants, offering opportunities for development. Work collaboratively across the wider Client & Marketing team and with other business services teams.
