Store Operations Manager — Customer Excellence & Team Leader

Sainsbury’s is seeking a Customer & Trading Manager in Doncaster to lead day-to-day store operations, ensuring the team delivers excellent customer service and safety standards. You will be the on-site manager, coordinating performance, scheduling, and disciplinary actions as needed while driving KPI targets.

You will work with a close-knit management team, taking responsibility for store performance, coaching colleagues, and offering support to other stores when required.
