Senior Account Executive – Outbound Sales We’re partnering with a high growth fintech client that’s redefining the payments space through a data driven, AI powered platform. Their mission is to remove payment costs for businesses while improving the customer experience creating a more efficient and rewarding payments ecosystem.
The business is scaling across the UK, already supporting thousands of merchants and millions of users. Our client is looking for a commercially driven, results oriented Account Executive to join their outbound sales team. This role focuses on engaging mid cap and enterprise merchants, managing complex sales cycles, and driving new business growth.
Drive outbound sales targeting mid cap and enterprise merchants (£5m–£250m+ turnover) Manage full sales cycles from prospecting through to negotiation and close Develop internal champions to support deal progression Deliver consultative, value-led sales conversations focused on commercial outcomes Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting, and reporting
Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within fintech, SaaS, payments, or similar sectors Strong track record of managing complex, multi stakeholder sales processes Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
