Job Title: Hotel Operations Manager – Luxury Hotel

Salary: GBP 65,000 + Bonus and Excellent Benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and develop high-performing hotel teams across all departments
• Oversee smooth daily operations across Rooms, F-B, Spa, and Front of House
• Drive exceptional Food and Beverage and guest experience standards
• Ensure seamless collaboration across all operational teams
• Maintain world‑class service, presentation, and attention to detail
• Oversee recruitment, training, and ongoing team development
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and overall financial performance
• Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous improvements
• Ensure full compliance with all safety, hygiene, and operational standards
• Act as a visible leader and ambassador for the estate brand

• Proven experience in luxury or high‑end hotel operations
• Strong, hands‑on leadership style with excellent communication skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple departments
• Commercially strong with solid financial awareness
