Hardware Test Verification Architect

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a self-driven individual to shape and implement a structured Test Philosophy for both current and future products.
As a Hardware Test Verification Architect, you’ll take on a highly visible role, working across a variety of business areas, engaging with multiple disciplines, and influencing the way we deliver testing across our programmes.
You will play a key part in improving development and manufacturing processes, collaborating with design, production, and manufacturing teams, while also sharing your expertise across the wider organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of the Production Test Philosophy within programmes.
Define test equipment requirements for products.
Develop and deploy diagnostic strategies for production.
Verify test coverage for current and future products to ensure they meet customer needs.
Work closely with manufacturing and production design support teams to deliver successful production test activities.
Act as a subject matter expert, sharing knowledge with peers and project teams.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
Degree (or equivalent experience) in Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering.
Strong awareness of development and production test techniques.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills.
Desirable:
Knowledge of model-based systems engineering (MBSE).
Experience in developing and implementing test strategies and automated test equipment.
Background in working with manufacturing and design teams.
