Site Manager (Groundworks)

Site Manager required with EL1 Clearance (HMPPS Enhanced Level 1) for an 8 to 12 month term to manage the groundworks package.

Responsibilities

• Manage the groundworks package, including RC elements, ground beams, slabs, drainage, etc.
• Lead and supervise a team of 4 to 5 ground workers, ensuring work is completed to schedule.
• Oversee project tasks over a duration of 8 to 12 months.

Qualifications

• EL1 clearance.
• Previous experience working on Prison or MOD projects.
