This is your opportunity to take ownership of key retail relationships and play a direct role in scaling a purpose-led brand.

Take ownership of key national retail accounts with real commercial responsibility Play a leading role in winning new business across grocery, discount and impulse channels Work with a brand that has strong momentum and ambitious growth plans As National Account Manager at Gosh!, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing key retail partnerships while unlocking new opportunities across channels. You’ll own your P&L, lead commercial negotiations, and build insight-led plans that deliver value for both the customer and the brand. This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership, enjoys the challenge of a “hunter” mindset and knows how to turn relationships into long-term commercial success.

Experience in FMCG account management within Grocery however will consider Discounters Strong commercial acumen with confidence in owning a P&L Ability to use data and insights to influence customer decisions Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills A balance of “hunter” mentality and account development expertise Hybrid, 2 days on-site in Milton Keynes
