Fractional Finance Director

Our client is looking for a Fractional Finance Director to support a multi-site healthcare business on a 12-month contract, with a view for the role to go full time as the business scales.

Our client

A scaling founder led multi-site healthcare business, who are in the process of receiving their first PE investment.

The Role

• Acting as a strategic finance lead to support the founder and MD as they navigate investment and a critical growth period
• Responsible for the budgeting process, cashflow forecasting, and long-term financial planning
• Ownership of statutory requirements – including financial accounts, audit, tax, etc
• Supporting on funding with both private and public contracts (NHS)

The Successful Candidate

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• A proven FD/CFO with experience working with founders in a scaling business
• Experience working in a multi-site healthcare setting
• Strong track record of owning financial reporting, planning, and commercial insight
• Hands‑on, commercially minded, and confident presenting at board level
