This is a high-impact commercial role responsible for developing and growing business across European markets, with a strong focus on new business acquisition alongside key account management. This is an ideal role for a commercial “hunter” with strong KAM foundations, looking to operate in a broader international remit.
Identify, target, and win new business opportunities across European markets Build and maintain a strong pipeline, converting leads into long-term commercial partnerships Lead commercial negotiations, tenders, and customer pitches Represent the business at trade shows, events, and customer meetings Build and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) aligned to customer and company objectives Manage P&L performance across accounts, including pricing, margin, and forecasting Use data and insight to drive decision-making and performance improvement Wholesale and cash & carry Travel and leisure operators Multi-site retail environments
