A well established and fast growing promotional merchandising company is looking for an experienced Account Director or Senior Account Manager with industry experience to join and focus on managing a large flagship account. No new business requirement, incredible earning potential , excellent growth prospects and a large and stable account to manage… Specialising in the design, production and delivery of promotional products for multiple sectors, they work with high value corporate clients multiple in sectors including, automotive, finance, food, technology and more. As a direct result of the growth and retention of existing accounts, the business is very keen to speak with experienced Senior Account Management professionals in the promotional merchandising industry as they look for someone to help lead a flagship account…

Reporting directly to the Senior Management team, this important role will see the successful candidate working with a key retained client to foster lasting relationships and maximize revenue opportunities. You’ll have the backing of an excellent junior team and enjoy the stability of a recently retained account for the next several years at least: including sales, marketing and procurement contacts. Understand client business initiatives, sales and marketing strategy, sales distribution channel, procurement process, brand strategy, brand identity guidelines, event schedules, ad campaigns, anniversaries, product introductions, in order to proactively present product ranges and secure merchandise orders. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company’s product lines and processes, sales philosophy, and industry conditions to provide innovative support and technical assistance to customers. Help to manage and mentor more junior sales team members
