Our client, a respected regional law firm in Kent is seeking a confident and commercially‑minded solicitor to join their busy and expanding Commercial Property team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on quality work across a broad range of commercial property matters, with genuine scope for career progression and development.
Responsibilities
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Lease renewals and assignments
- Secured lending and refinancing
- Agricultural and mixed‑use property (where applicable)
Ideal Candidate
- 2 years PQE+ in Commercial Property (but all levels will be considered)
- A confident communicator with a client‑focused approach
- Able to manage matters from instruction to completion
- Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
