Overview
Our platform is the video platform built for live, social and mobile. The cloud-based platform removes the traditional complexities of professional video production and distribution. Our platform works with the world’s largest broadcasters and rights holders, with integrations to major social platforms. We are also a preferred global partner for Facebook Live. Amazon Web Services is our main hosting provider. Every product of the platform is architected and built for scalability and high availability for a global client base.
We believe that hiring smart graduates or junior engineers and nurturing them into our culture is the key to our successful growth. You’ll pair with a mentor on your first day, who will answer technical questions daily and coach you on your career progression with regular performance evaluations.

Responsibilities
- Iterating, optimizing and monitoring the platform’s Media Engine that sits at the core of our platform
- R&D projects to ensure our platform keeps innovating on media and streaming to guarantee we stay at the industry leaders
- Collaborating closely with engineers and architects to guarantee the video platform will support the technical needs of our roadmap
- Taking ownership of your work/project by building, maintaining and iterating new features and products
- Keep up to date with the latest industry standards and technologies to help the platform tackle video streaming challenges like 4K or 360 video
Requirements
- Demonstrable expertise and experience in C/C++ programming language
- A real passion for video technologies
- Bonus points for AWS (our chosen cloud provider), encoding or streaming
The recruitment process
- Phone call interview (around 30 minutes) to understand your interests and career expectations to ensure a good fit
- Technical test to be completed at home
- Final face to face interview (around 2 hours) with our lead developers to go through your test and technical knowledge
