They are looking for a Business Development Manager to prospect, develop and ultimately win quality new business and customers for the company in line with agreed objectives. Qualifications and Skills

  • Recent and relevant sales experience.
  • Proven track record of sales growth.
  • Ability to calculate the mechanics of an Asset Finance deal.
  • Good understanding of SME/Business finance.
  • Understanding of Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations.
  • Strong personal organisation, able to prioritise and meet tight deadlines, work well under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail and good telephone manner.
  • Awareness of GDPR regulations.
  • Drive for continual personal improvement, honesty and integrity.
