Qualifications and Skills
- Recent and relevant sales experience.
- Proven track record of sales growth.
- Ability to calculate the mechanics of an Asset Finance deal.
- Good understanding of SME/Business finance.
- Understanding of Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations.
- Strong personal organisation, able to prioritise and meet tight deadlines, work well under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail and good telephone manner.
- Awareness of GDPR regulations.
- Drive for continual personal improvement, honesty and integrity.
