Bang & Olufsen Sales Consultant Are you a passionate and driven sales professional with a love for luxury goods and exceptional customer service? We’re looking for a Sales Consultant to join our team at the Bang & Olufsen store in Nottingham.
As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our brand, providing a premium experience for every customer.
Engaging with customers both in-store and in their homes to understand their needs and recommend the perfect Bang & Olufsen products. Using your expertise to highlight the features and benefits of our high-end audio and visual solutions. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, using tools like Zoom and Microsoft Teams for remote consultations. Maximising sales opportunities by expertly recommending complementary products to a customer’s purchase.
Previous sales experience, ideally within the luxury goods sector (e.g., watches, high-end cars, designer clothing). A proactive, self-motivated individual who is comfortable with both in-person and remote sales interactions. A solid understanding of computers and technology.
