This Digital Content Creator role sits at the centre of a fast-scaling AI-native infrastructure company that enables hardware engineers to build advanced data platforms. Founded by the team behind a championship-winning Formula 1 data platform, the business partners with leading engineering organisations across sectors such as sports, energy, machinery, defence and aerospace. As the company enters its next phase of growth, this role is responsible for owning the creative side of marketing, turning complex topics into engaging content across different platforms, channels and formats.
You will own content strategy and production end-to-end, developing a consistent publishing cadence across channels to grow brand awareness and generate inbound interest. A significant part of the role involves working closely with the Head of Growth and the wider GTM team to align content with key messaging, campaign priorities and pipeline goals. You will lead the creation of diverse digital assets, including shooting, editing and publishing video content for product demos, customer stories and events, as well as designing graphic assets for social media and brand communications. You will also contribute to web design and landing page updates, develop sales collateral such as pitch decks and case studies, and support on-the-ground content capture at industry events. Alongside this, you will continuously grow the company’s social media presence through platform-specific content and identify creative experiments to drive engagement, balancing lateral thinking with disciplined execution.
The successful candidate will bring proven experience owning content production end-to-end across multiple platforms—including social media, email and web—ideally within a technical environment, showing true excitement for cutting-edge hardware technologies. You will possess versatile technical skills spanning design, copywriting and video production, with a solid understanding of what drives online engagement and how to build a brand from the ground up. You will be highly comfortable in fast-moving, high-autonomy environments, confident working within a small, fast-decision-making team where you can ship experiments quickly without bureaucracy or micromanagement. A strong technical curiosity, combined with an eagerness to lean into AI-native tools and a willingness to adapt based on data, is essential. Above all, you will value intellectual honesty over optimism and be comfortable pivoting strategy and ideas when something isn’t working.
