Desktop Liability Adjuster

Do you have solid liability claims experience and strong investigation skills?

Comfortable handling property damage claims and looking for a remote position?

We are looking for a technically strong Liability Desktop Adjuster to investigate and manage property damage claims (primarily utilities-based), working autonomously and under referral where required.

What you will do as a Liability Desktop Adjuster:

• Investigating and handling liability-led property damage claims (flooding, escape of water)
• Acting as a key contact for major utility clients, managing communication and expectations
• Assessing evidence, identifying suspicious indicators, and instructing experts
• Managing a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced, growing team
• Maintaining proactive diary management to ensure timely claim resolution

• Strong understanding of the claims process
• Excellent investigative and analytical skills
• Confident communication and customer service ability
• Ability to work independently
