We are looking for an experienced gardener who takes pride in doing things properly and wants to be part of a professional, ambitious team.
The Role
You will be part of our Maintenance & Aftercare team, responsible for the ongoing care of high-end private gardens.
Your work will include:
- Lawn care, hedge cutting and fine pruning
- Detailed border management and seasonal planting
- Training and shaping shrubs, climbers and fruit trees
- Irrigation checks and monitoring plant health
- Maintaining hard landscaping elements
- Working professionally with clients on site
This is skilled horticulture. Not basic maintenance.
What We’re Looking For
You will:
- Have 4+ years’ experience in garden maintenance or horticulture
- Have strong plant knowledge and understand seasonal management
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Take ownership of your work and maintain high standards
Desirable but not essential:
- Level 2 Horticulture qualification or higher
- PA1 / PA6
- Irrigation knowledge
- Machinery certificates
