Residential Surveyor

This role is 100% residential surveying, delivering RICS Level 2 HomeBuyer Reports and Level 3 Building Surveys.

• Deliver RICS Level 2 HomeBuyer Reports & Level 3 Building Surveys
• Survey residential, including listed & conservation properties
• Produce clear, accurate, RICS-compliant reports
• Manage workload independently with admin & IT support
• Home-based role covering Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire & Hertfordshire

Package Highlights:

• £60,000–£65,000 basic salary
• £5,000 car allowance + mileage at HMRC rates (company car considered)
• Quarterly bonus: 20% of fees over £20k
• Laptop, mobile & surveying equipment provided
• Full CPD support, professional fees & RICS-compliant PI cover

Requirements:

• MRICS / AssocRICS (MRICS preferred)
• RICS Registered Valuer (essential)
• Strong residential surveying experience
• Full UK driving licence
