Following exceptional growth and performance, our client, a leading global private debt manager, is looking to hire a Supervisor into its European Middle Office team.
This is a broad, hands-on role supporting a variety of strategies, with exposure across deal closings, funding mechanics, cash management, restructurings, and wider operational oversight. The hire will work closely with investment professionals and senior stakeholders across the business, while also contributing towards process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives as the platform continues to scale.
The team is looking to speak with candidates who have a minimum of 7 years strong buy-side or banking operations experience within private credit / loans markets.
The role offers a TC of up to 160k in year one, and a hybrid working structure.
