  • Drive continuous optimisation across key metrics including CPC, ROAS, conversion rate, and share of voice.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify performance drivers and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor campaign performance and proactively adjust strategies to maximise results.

Technical & Data-Led Decision Making

  • Analyse performance across both media and wider eCommerce levers (e.g. digital shelf, pricing, availability).
  • Connect media performance to broader commercial outcomes and sales impact.
  • Use tools such as Amazon Ads, Pacvue, Profitero, and Excel to generate actionable insights.
  • Support test-and-learn frameworks to continuously improve performance.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Act as the go-to Amazon expert within the business.
  • Present performance insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Support and upskill junior team members, improving overall team capability.

Process & Capability Building

  • Develop and implement best practice playbooks and ways of working.
  • Standardise processes to ensure long-term scalability and knowledge retention.
  • Introduce structured frameworks for campaign planning, optimisation, and reporting.

Your Profile

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on Amazon Advertising experience (Sponsored Ads essential, DSP beneficial).
  • Strong track record of driving performance across Amazon campaigns.
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to connect media performance to commercial outcomes.
  • Experience working with tools such as Amazon Ads, Pacvue, Profitero, or similar.
  • Confident stakeholder manager, able to influence across multiple teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members is a plus.

  • Fast-paced, collaborative environment with strong growth ambitions.
  • 12-month FTC with potential for extension.
  • Hybrid working with offices in Slough.
