About

You’ll advise top‑tier clients—including investment banks, asset managers, fintechs, and corporates—on a wide range of structured finance transactions. The team is known for its innovative work across securitisation, derivatives, debt capital markets, and regulatory structuring.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate complex finance documentation
• Advise on securitisation structures (RMBS, CMBS, CLOs, trade receivables, etc.)
• Support cross‑border transactions and liaise with international offices
• Navigate UK and EU regulatory frameworks
• Collaborate with market‑leading partners and mentor junior team members

Candidate Profile

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent common law jurisdiction)
• 2‑5 years PQE in structured finance or related practice areas
