The role

As a Junior Account Executive, you’ll manage your own pipeline of prospects and clients, guiding them through the entire sales journey and playing a direct role in driving business growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Engaging with new and existing clients to understand their commercial needs
  • Managing the full sales cycle, from initial conversation to close
  • Confidently presenting solutions and handling objections
  • Working towards revenue targets with uncapped commission
  • Building long‑term client relationships and commercial credibility
