Business Development Manager
We are a growing and highly regarded commercial fit-out contractor based in Central London, delivering high-quality workplace, CAT A & CAT B fit-out, refurbishment, and design & build projects across the capital.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Manager to join our team and help drive new business opportunities within the London market.
The Role
This is a key strategic role focused on developing relationships, generating opportunities, and increasing market presence across the commercial office fit-out sector.
You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and working closely with the pre-construction and delivery teams to support successful project wins.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Central London
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, project managers, consultants, landlords, and agents
- Generate and manage a healthy pipeline of fit-out and refurbishment opportunities
- Attend networking events, industry functions, and client meetings
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and tender support material
- Work collaboratively with estimating, design, and operational teams
- Maintain CRM systems and provide regular pipeline reporting
- Contribute to the company’s growth strategy and market positioning
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development within commercial fit-out, construction, interiors, or workplace design
- Strong network within the London commercial property market preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Commercially aware with a proactive and target-driven approach
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and stakeholders effectively
