Eclectic Recruitment is proud to be working with a highly regarded law firm who are seeking an experienced and driven Conveyancing Solicitor to join their expanding Residential Property team on a remote basis.
The Role:
As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to post-completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor looking to work in a flexible, remote environment while remaining part of a supportive and forward-thinking firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
- Handling freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership matters
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents
- Conducting title checks and property searches
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage lenders
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Minimum 2 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
- Proven ability to manage a full conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong technical knowledge of residential property law
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience using case management systems
