Supervising Social Worker

About the Role

As a Supervising Social Worker, you will:

• Provide high‑quality supervision and support to foster carers
• Ensure the safety, wellbeing and progress of children in placement
• Work collaboratively with local authorities, schools and other professionals
• Contribute to placement stability, carer development and positive outcomes
• Complete assessments, reports and statutory visits

What We’re Looking For

• A qualified Social Worker (SWE registered)
• Minimum 1 year of fostering experience
• Strong understanding of safeguarding, fostering regulations and trauma‑informed practice
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• A commitment to supporting carers and championing the voice of children
