We are looking for warm, personable and passionate individuals to join the front-of-house team at The Wild Duck — a beautiful, characterful pub known for its exceptional food, welcoming atmosphere and high standards of service.

The Role
As part of our front-of-house team, you will play a key role in creating a memorable guest experience — from the moment guests arrive to the moment they leave.
You will:
- Deliver friendly, attentive and knowledgeable table service
- Build genuine rapport with guests
- Support a smooth and efficient service during busy periods
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams
- Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness
What We’re Looking For
- A natural people person with a warm and engaging personality
- A genuine interest in hospitality, food and drink
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a team
- Positive, proactive and reliable
- Able to stay calm and focused in a busy environment
Experience is welcome but not essential — attitude and personality matter most.
