Job Description

You will own and automate the operational backbone of a high-growth PropTech startup, standardising trust between tenants and landlords. By building systems for onboarding, underwriting, and payments from scratch, you will act as a “local CEO,” directing technical work and prototyping solutions to redefine the UK rental market infrastructure.

The ideal candidate

• Background as a Product Owner or “local CEO” in high-velocity environments, specifically having spent 1+ years at Revolut.
• Technically fluent enough to vibe code prototypes and make informed system design decisions alongside senior engineers.
• Proven track record of managing engineering, operations, and budgets with full end-to-end ownership and zero hand-holding.
