About the Role
We are recruiting Carecall Officers to join our Independent Living Carecall Team in Stockport. This is a full-time role working an average of 37 hours per week on a rota basis. The role requires flexibility, as you will work on a rotating shift pattern that includes day, night and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency alarm calls and attend customers’ homes to assist those who have experienced a fall.
- Provide a safe and supportive lifting service and carry out basic repairs to monitoring equipment.
- Install new devices and promote the full range of technology available to support independent living.
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic, confidence in handling phone calls, pleasant demeanor and good teamwork.
- Highly organised, able to follow procedures independently and confident using IT systems.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Willingness to work alone and with different colleagues across shifts to ensure continuous service delivery.
