Inbound Banking Advisor – Onsite Training & Flexible Shifts

EMEA3 Recruitment is seeking Inbound Banking Customer Service Advisors for a 12-month temporary contract at Nationwide in Sheffield. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with their banking needs over the phone.

The ideal candidate is empathetic and cares about delivering excellent customer service. Full training will be provided, along with a supportive team. Shifts will be onsite, working 5 days a week with a pay rate of £13.87 per hour.
