Your Role
This is a pivotal role where you will lead on SEND and Inclusion, ensuring that every child receives the support they need.You will play a key part in shaping our curriculum, supporting staff development, and fostering a safe, inclusive environment.The role also includes a class‑teacher commitment and working closely with the Head of School and the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion SEND and Inclusion across the school, ensuring each pupil receives tailored support.
- Deputise for the Head of School, stepping into leadership as needed and contributing to strategic direction.
- Oversee the whole‑school curriculum, ensuring it is broad, balanced, and meets the needs of all learners.
- Serve as a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead.
- Support the Head of School in identifying and delivering high‑quality CPD, empowering staff to grow.
- Participate in teaching observations on the 20th May.
