Remote Stock Condition Surveyor – Safe Homes & Compliance

AD WARRIOR is seeking a Stock Condition Surveyor to survey homes in a remote role covering Bristol, Gloucester, Hereford & Swindon. You will conduct around 1,000 stock condition surveys each year, ensuring homes remain safe and compliant.

The ideal candidate will have an HNC or equivalent in construction, housing, or property, and a strong understanding of building defects. This fixed-term role is vital in improving living conditions and supporting long-term investment strategies.
