This role focuses on leading the delivery and improvement of housing, environmental, and community services, including the management of public spaces and assets. It involves ensuring high-quality service delivery, value for money, and effective use of resources through both direct teams and external partners. The position also drives strategic planning, supports growth objectives, enhances public engagement, and promotes community responsibility, while requiring strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills to implement a clear and effective vision.
