Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) – Existing Client Bank Provided

I’m supporting a highly regarded financial planning business with the appointment of an experienced Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) to support continued growth in the Cambridge region.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an adviser looking for a relationship-led role, with an established client bank already in place (circa £250k ongoing trail income / approximately 100 clients).

This is a relationship-led opportunity focused on servicing and developing an established client based, whilst also supporting some new business activity.

• Existing client bank provided from day one
• 10% discretionary annual bonus
• 10% employer pension contribution
• 26 days holiday + bank holidays + closed during Christmas period

• Additional clients likely to be allocated over time

What we’re looking for:

• Experienced Independent Financial Adviser / Financial Planner
• Chartered desirable but not essential. Must hold Level 4 Diploma qualification.
• Relationship-led approach with strong client management skills
