Purpose of the Job – Planner

• Schedule and coordinate repairs and maintenance works for operatives and contractors.
• Manage diaries to ensure all appointments are booked efficiently and within target time‑scales.
• Monitor daily workloads to maximise operative productivity and meet KPI targets.
• Update systems accurately to reflect job progress and completion.
• Support the delivery of excellent customer service by ensuring timely communication and smooth workflow.
