Profiles Creative are hiring a client services lead for a global experiential agency looking for a Client Lead or an SAD/AD looking to step up into a more senior role and drive client relationships/growth for an experiential agency. You’ll lead pitches, drive new business initiatives and utilise strong experiential production knowledge for major brands in fashion, luxury, tech, jewellery, entertainment, tech, lifestyle/culture (not limited to). This is a senior client services role with a focus on relationship building and account growth.
The Role:
- Leading strategic responses to client briefs, ensuring alignment across internal teams from concept to delivery.
- Shaping and executing global account strategies that unlock both regional and international growth.
- Upholding creative and strategic integrity across all work, with a strong focus on clear, compelling storytelling.
- Managing reporting and internal communication to ensure alignment across departments and senior stakeholders.
- Driving organic growth within existing accounts by identifying new opportunities and deepening relationships.
- Partnering with leadership to align regional growth strategies and collaborate across international markets.
- Turning early-stage discussions into high-value client engagements through smart targeting and follow-up.
- Scoping and developing new service opportunities across current client portfolios.
- Contributing to agency marketing, content, and thought leadership initiatives to support positioning and visibility.
- Representing the agency at key industry events, building meaningful connections and elevating brand presence.
The Candidate:
- A polished AD/SAD/Client Lead with experience in event production/experiential agencies.
- Strong background in winning new business and growing existing accounts at a senior level.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end brand experience and live event delivery.
- A network of trusted, relevant contacts across the industry.
- Highly motivated and ambitious, with a desire to lead and scale client teams.
- Proven experience developing new business across luxury, fashion, beauty, entertainment, or cultural sectors.
- Confident managing budgets and reporting performance to leadership.
This would suit an experienced Account Director confident leading pitches and driving account growth. If you’re experiential and immersive production experience is strong, you’ll thrive in this role. You’ll have support from experienced leaders, as part of the senior leadership team. You’ll ideally have experience in sectors like luxury, fashion, lifestyle, beauty and entertainment.
