About the Role

This role focuses on end-to-end financial accounting & closing operations for JD International cross-border business entities. You will be responsible for daily accounting processing, month/year-end closing, financial reporting, compliance management, internal control optimization and cross-departmental financial collaboration. The position plays a core part in ensuring standardized, accurate and compliant financial operation of overseas business, and driving financial process optimization and system capability upgrading.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Accounting & Month/Year-End Closing
  • Manage full-cycle daily accounting operations covering revenue, expense, CAPEX and other business transactions; verify the compliance and authenticity of original financial documents, lead month-end and year-end closing activities. Ensure consistency between ledger and actual business data, minimize financial discrepancies and control overall compliance risks for overseas entities.
  • Financial Reporting & Business Analysis
  • Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for international business. Conduct financial variance analysis, interpret performance fluctuations, output professional financial insights, and support business management and strategic decision-making for global sustainable development.
  • Financial Process Optimization & System Empowerment
  • Identify pain points and inefficiencies in existing financial workflows, promote process automation, system iteration and platform integration. Optimize financial SOPs and internal control frameworks, improve the overall integration capability of financial systems and elevate cross-border financial operational efficiency.
  • Audit Coordination & Regulatory Compliance
  • Coordinate fully with internal and external audit teams, provide complete supporting documents and professional explanation during audit processes. Oversee overseas tax compliance, optimize policy and incentive declaration, and ensure all financial activities fully comply with local legal, tax and regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Risk Control & Asset Protection
  • Execute regular account reconciliation, continuously assess financial risks including inventory impairment, cross-border receivable default and fund security. Establish proactive risk early warning mechanisms and closed-loop remediation processes to safeguard company overseas assets and steady business operation.
  • Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration
  • Partner closely with overseas business teams, local finance counterparts and technical teams to fulfill diversified financial support demands. Deliver accounting policy interpretation and training, provide professional financial consultation for new business models, and achieve deep alignment between financial standardization and global business development.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related majors; overseas academic background or certified accounting qualification (ACCA / CPA / CMA etc.) is highly preferred. Solid understanding of international accounting standards, overseas tax rules and cross-border e-commerce business models.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in full-set accounting, month/year-end closing and consolidated financial reporting for multinational entities.
  • Familiar with IFRS / local accounting regulations and cross-border financial compliance requirements.
  • Strong capability in financial statement preparation, variance analysis and business insight output.
  • Skilled in Excel advanced functions, financial ERP systems and office tools; able to adapt to financial system iteration and process automation.
  • Rigorous attention to detail, strong data sensitivity, logical thinking and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English for daily global business communication and cross-team collaboration.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior working experience in cross-border e-commerce, international retail, global internet or Fortune 500 multinational enterprises.
  • Familiar with European / American market accounting, tax rules and local financial management practices.
  • Experience in financial SOP building, internal control optimization, audit coordination and financial digitalization projects.
  • Ability to independently handle multi-entity financial accounting and coordinate cross-regional financial matters.
  • Additional European language skill is a plus.
