Office based role, commutable from Brinkworth, Swindon, Malmesbury, Chippenham, Corsham, Bristol, Yate, and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the technical department.
- Develop client-focused solutions from drawings and specifications.
- Act as the key technical contact, supporting delivery and resolving issues.
- Work closely with production teams to deliver projects and drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Telecoms background.
- Supervisory or management experience.
