Main roles and accountability
Your role organises arrival and departure schedules, collaborating with other Exsportise centres for cost efficiency to provide professional transfer services ensuring timely student check‑ins and flight preparations. You assign staff and transport to transfers, personally oversee arrival / departure days with daily centre communication, allocate staff fairly to early shifts for transfers/excursions, and liaise with Centre Manager, administrators, and transport companies for on‑time excursion transport.
You run airport induction training for summer staff, oversee Airport / St Pancras supervisors providing necessary information/equipment, handle transfer complaints with follow‑up resolution, and manage excursion coach bookings / amendments / cancellations ahead to avoid charges.

Job Specific Personal Specification & Qualifications
To be suitable for this role, you have a strong organisational and transport logistics background supported by proven experience. You exhibit strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team including teachers, coaches, and support staff. Your excellent organisational and multitasking abilities enable efficient coordination. You communicate effectively in writing and verbally, engaging with contractors, staff, parents, and children. Your interpersonal skills foster positive relationships and teamwork among all stakeholders. You demonstrate strong problem‑solving abilities, quickly resolving issues, making decisions, and handling crises efficiently. You are highly organised with good attention to detail and excellent time management, adaptable to flexible working hours, and reliable under pressure. You have good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), database systems, and Google Drive, with experience or training in these areas being desirable. You understand health, safety, and welfare regulations relevant to caring for children. Your cultural sensitivity allows you to support an inclusive environment for diverse student and staff groups. You adapt well to changing situations and unforeseen challenges with empathy and patience, maintaining strong ethical standards and integrity to prioritise the welfare and safety of students and staff.
