- Shape capability models,processesand system landscapes
- Lead workstreams across transformationprogrammes
- Engage senior stakeholders andfacilitateworkshops
- Manage risks,dependenciesand priorities
- Support proposals, solutiondesignand growth activity
- Contribute to internal methodologies and capability development

- Experience in transformation, strategydeliveryor consulting roles
- Experience leading workstreams within complexprogrammes
- Strong understanding of strategy,architectureand delivery alignment
- Ability to work across business,processand technology domains
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Desirable:
- Higher education or transformation experience
- Exposure to enterprise architecture or capability modelling
- Experience working with architects or large-scaleprogrammes
