Impactful Health Visiting Nurse – Band 5 (Part-Time)

HCRG Care Group is seeking a Band 5 Staff Nurse (Health Visiting) to work part-time in Keynsham. You will be responsible for providing preventative and supportive health care to children and families, identifying health needs, and working collaboratively with the Health Visiting Team.

The ideal candidate will have NMC registration, experience with children and families, and a full UK driving licence. The role is fixed-term for 1 year and offers a competitive salary package.
