We are a premier, self-funded, and 100% privately owned consultancy specialising in the world of Medical Devices. From artificial hearts to cancer-fighting radiotherapy machines, the people we place change lives.
Now, we are expanding to offer more services to our clients than ever before, and we need a brilliant Head of Permanent Recruitment to lead that charge.
The Role
This is a high growth leadership position that combines strategic management with personal revenue generation. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Leading & Coaching: Manage, train, and develop our existing team of international consultants, ensuring they have the coaching and support to reach their full potential.
- 360 Recruitment: Lead from the front by managing the full recruitment lifecycle for senior mandates, setting the standard for what excellence looks like.
- Commercial Strategy: Along with the General Manager, design the hiring strategy, targets, and metrics to ensure team success and productivity beyond the tired and dated stereotypical KPIs.
- Business Development: Inherit a wide network of legacy client accounts, turning warm prospects and lapsed clients into active partners, as well as winning new clients, to ensure a constant flow of new business.

Who You Are
This is a “Player-Manager” role. You are a strong leader who still thrives on the thrill of the sale. Whether you are an experienced manager or a senior leader looking to step up, you have a proven track record of opening accounts and developing consultants.
Ideally, you bring experience from the Medical Device/Life Sciences sector, but we are equally keen to speak with leaders from the Technology sector who understand high value, specialist recruitment markets.
