Outdoor Survival Camp Leader — Inspire & Lead Instructors

Ultimate Activity in Esher is looking for a Survival Leader to oversee our outdoor adventure programme, Ultimate Survival. This role involves managing a team of Survival Instructors, ensuring the safety and welfare of children, and upholding company values during the camp.

You will be responsible for delivering activities for children aged 7-14, directly managing staff, and acting as a liaison with parents and school representatives, ensuring a rewarding camp experience.
