Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role based at our Wellingborough location. The Branch Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient workflow, excellent customer service, and profitable performance across the workshop and bodyshop. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining customer relationships, ensuring compliance with health and safety and environmental standards, monitoring performance metrics, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will represent the values of the company while fostering a productive and customer-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Extensive proven leadership and team management experience in a similar role, preferably within the automotive or commercial vehicle industry
- Strong organisational and operational management skills, with the ability to manage budgets, resources, and performance targets
- Excellent customer service and client relationship management skills
- Thorough understanding of health and safety protocols and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage effectively with stakeholders
- Proficiency in relevant business and management software
- Full UK driving license and the ability to travel locally for business needs
