In our team you will learn to:
- Use your judgment to solve complex, ambiguous client business problems, bringing structure and rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques; act and take decisions with little management oversight.
- Understand the strategic direction set by senior management and use rigorous analysis to address our clients’ business challenges and deliver lasting and distinctive outcomes and value.
- Develop knowledge of prevailing trends, financials and operating drivers across industries, identifying industry‑specific operating metrics and linking them to relevant financial metrics to identify key value drivers for a client.
- Make, build and sustain trusted senior client relationships in the C‑suite by remaining highly attuned to client needs and styles. Present key findings to C‑suite clients.
- Be part of high‑performing multidisciplinary strategy teams, leading by example, actively mentoring others and contributing to performance management and recruitment activities.
In this role you will:
- Conduct analysis to address critical business issues and generate insights about client and industry business performance improvement.
- Design business and technology strategy solutions and present to C‑level clients.
- Apply deep financial acumen and propose innovative value‑creation opportunities for sustained growth and profitability.
- Help clients understand leading‑edge technology capabilities and the transformational impact they may have on their business.
- Leverage the power of Accenture’s global reach and end‑to‑end capabilities to deliver value.
- Coach and mentor analysts and junior consultants on the team.
- Engage with the broader strategy community to foster collaboration and support the growth and development of the Accenture Strategy practice in areas such as recruitment, training and thought leadership.
We are looking for experience in the following:
- Evidence of relevant industry, functional and/or strategy experience.
- Outstanding academic track record with continued interest in learning and growing professionally.
- A high degree of comfort with strategic decision‑making and strong quantitative skills to develop financial or operational models and supervise data analysis.
- Deep understanding of industry dynamics and value‑creation opportunities in one or more industries.
- Strong analytical skills, understanding complex issues, quickly absorbing information, excelling in conceptual and creative problem solving.
- Digitally savvy; curious and passionate about technology, understanding its impact on business and society.
- Natural leader; easily establishes trust‑based relationships, gains valuable insights through collaboration and communication.
- Experience of building relationships at all levels in an organization.
- Driven; enjoys a challenge, proven ability to adapt and remove obstacles to achieve results, determined and optimistic.
- Flexibility to accommodate client travel requirements.
Academic Requirements:
- MBA degree from a top‑tier business school.

Required to deliver this role as there will be requirements to spend time on‑site with our clients and partners to enable delivery of the first‑class services we are known for.
