Title: Head of Sales (Futures and Options)

Our client, a global leader in the FinTech industry, is seeking a Head of Sales (F&O), to join their senior leadership team. This individual will be responsible for managing the sales team who are responsible for expanding revenue, market share and client base through identifying new opportunities, building relationships and increasing revenue in their EMEA region.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies
- Sales Process Management
- Revenue Generation
- Proposal Building & Negotiation
- Reporting and Analytics
- KPI Tracking & Analysis
- Relationship Building and Management
- Cross Functional Collaboration
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 15+ years of experience in Financial Technology Sales
- Experience in complex enterprise sales
- Extensive sales experience in the Futures and Options, Listed Equity Options space
- Prior leadership experience
- Bachelors Degree or above
- Proven organizational and team management skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce
