About the Role
We have an immediate requirement for a Fabricator / MIG Welder to join our team in our workshop. Ideally already qualified to BS EN ISO 9606-1 2013 but non-qualified experienced applicants welcome. Aluminium TIG welding experience also an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Fabrication and welding of canopies, walkways, and shelters.
- Adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Working effectively within a team environment.
- Completing tasks within specified timeframes.
Qualifications
- Qualified to BS EN ISO 9606-1 2013 (preferred).
- Experience in MIG welding.
- Aluminium TIG welding experience (advantageous).
Required Skills
- Proficient in MIG welding techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with aluminium welding.
- Knowledge of fabrication processes.
Pay range and compensation package
£ Competitive DOE + benefits. Pension. We have recently transitioned to an Employee Ownership Trust, which has the potential for profit sharing in the future. 40 hour week with first 5 hours overtime at time and a half, over that double time. Typical hours 7:30am to 4pm with half an hour for lunch. Overtime and benefits offered.
