A respected, nationwide automotive retail group is seeking a driven Service Manager / Aftersales Manager to lead its aftersales operations at a busy Coventry dealership. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious leader with strong workshop and service management experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading, managing, and developing the workshop, service, and parts teams
• Driving performance through effective planning, forecasting, and target achievement
• Increasing workshop utilisation, productivity, and overall efficiency
• Managing departmental budgets and maximising profitability
• Working closely with senior leadership to enhance overall site performance
• Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and adherence to brand standards

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Aftersales Manager
• Proven ability to deliver strong financial and operational results
• A results‑driven leader who can motivate and develop high‑performing teams
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and KPIs
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Automotive / motor trade experience is essential
